【摘要】目的：探讨唑来膦酸联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法：选取我院2016年9月～2018年9月间收治的150例老年原发性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案的不同分为研究组(n=75)以及对照组(n=75)。对照组采取鲑鱼降钙素治疗，研究组在此基础上联合唑来膦酸治疗，对比两组患者腰椎骨密度水平。结果： 经过治疗，研究组腰椎骨密度要高于对照组(t=8.994，P=0.001)。結论：唑来膦酸联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症疗效较优，可提升患者骨密度水平。
